Role: Salesforce Core Production Support Service Engineer

Mode: Onsite (WFO all 5 days)

Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

● 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce system administrator supporting enterprise environments

● Experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs (primarily Sales Cloud, Sales Engagement)

● Knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities and common integration patterns

● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

● Strong customer service orientation with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

● Experience managing user access and security in multi-tenant environments
