As a Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst, you will be part of one of the two dedicated feature teams within our hub and play a key role in product team—ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of business requirements across our large-scale Salesforce ecosystem
Be an integral part of a self-managed feature team that values open communication, knowledge sharing, and delivering business-driven solutions
Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand and capture special business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and prioritized
Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure solutions meet business expectations and are thoroughly tested
Help define and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement
Assist in change management, product release, user training, and the creation of support documentation to promote successful adoption
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, helping the team stay aligned and focused on delivering value
What Should You Bring Along
University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst
Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, or other CRM systems
Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Proficiency in documenting user stories, process flows, and system configurations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for digital transformation
Ability to work and collaborate in cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or MagicDraw is an advantage
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CRM-related processes
Salesforce certifications, like Administrator, App Builder or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
Excellent English verbal and written skills
