Summary

What Awaits You

  • As a Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst, you will be part of one of the two dedicated feature teams within our hub and play a key role in product team—ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of business requirements across our large-scale Salesforce ecosystem
  • Be an integral part of a self-managed feature team that values open communication, knowledge sharing, and delivering business-driven solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand and capture special business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
  • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and prioritized
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure solutions meet business expectations and are thoroughly tested
  • Help define and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist in change management, product release, user training, and the creation of support documentation to promote successful adoption
  • Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, helping the team stay aligned and focused on delivering value


What Should You Bring Along

  • University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, or other CRM systems
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Proficiency in documenting user stories, process flows, and system configurations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for digital transformation
  • Ability to work and collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or MagicDraw is an advantage
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CRM-related processes
  • Salesforce certifications, like Administrator, App Builder or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
