Role: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Locations: Concord, CA / Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days (Tue - Thu) office in a week)

Type: Contract to hire (Only W2)

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between functional and technical teams.
• This role is critical in defining business and functional requirements, managing project progress, and ensuring seamless integration of systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, security provisioning, cloud implementations, and user management.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce implementation and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security provisioning, and cloud solutions.
• Ability to create and manage business and functional requirement documents.
• Experience with process analysis, validation testing, and user management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge is required.
• Financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
