SalesForce Business Analyst
- Pay Rate: $85.00hour, depending on experience
- Contract Length: 9 Months
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, open to fully remote candidates working PST hours
Raise is currently hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our client, is one of Canada's public research Universities is a global centre for teaching, learning and research
Note: The primary pay rate is based on the rate for an incorporated contractor who owns their own business. However, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in a T4 arrangement, where applicable.
Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders, project manager, architects, and the Salesforce delivery team to translate business needs into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into Salesforce features using standard capabilities wherever possible.
- Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and support test planning and UAT.
- Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in the solution early in the process and work with the team to resolve them.
- Support change management, training planning, and ensure solutions are aligned with end-user needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- 5+ years of hands-on BA experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects.
- Be Salesforce Business Analyst certified.
Nice-to-haves Include
- Experience in higher education or public sector.
- Familiarity with Education Cloud or other Salesforce industry clouds.
