Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc. is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst who will report to the Senior Director of Brand Experience & Technical Services. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be integral member of the Technical Department by ensuring the execution and completion of collaborative projects while maintaining current programs and environments. This position will exercise autonomy in managing the company’s Salesforce.com platform, along with other software tools, to offer advice and suggestions for improving business operations for warranty, technical support, and engagement channels while improving market insights and service at all levels. This position would ultimately represent the department’s contributions to an industry-leading brand experience to all departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following

• Track, monitor, and maintain various production tasks, including legal reviews, gathering contents, documentations, schedule developments, and reports
• Maintain production reports, including status overviews of all WIP and pending projects at threshold
• Ability to mock-up basic charts and diagrams for technical review and presentations
• Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges to support both internal and external user administration
• Manage and maintain Salesforce.com environments and custom solutions with a focus on data integrity and process automation
• Provide effective administration of Salesforce.com and third-party software to enhance user experience.
• Research a variety of topics for clients and internal teams
• Will exercise autonomy, independent judgement while maintaining the ability to engage in ideas and decisions with other stakeholders as it relates to the business objectives of the team

The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description. We provide a competitive compensation package along with a robust benefits program to meet your needs.

The salary range for this position is $93,364.79 - $144,547.20
