Our technology client is looking for a self-motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to coordinate the rollout of Salesforce CRM solutions across global business operations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and Agile development teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines and scope.
- This is a temporary/contract engagement and is on-site in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather, understand and document business and functional requirements
- Analyze organizational structure and operations to propose effective Salesforce-based solutions
- Create user stories and future-state process flows to support solution design and development
- Partner with the Product Manager to convert roadmap features into detailed, actionable user stories
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Facilitate key meetings including requirement workshops, system demos and user acceptance testing
- Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning alongside the Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues when needed
- Support and guide champion users across various teams to ensure successful adoption
- Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and user communication
- Maintain thorough documentation of use cases, system functionality and requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Adaptable, eager to learn and solution-focused
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
