About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Automation Engineer with a strong development background and extensive experience in Salesforce test automation. The ideal candidate should have successfully led or contributed to at least three Salesforce test automation projects and possess a deep understanding of test frameworks and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure test coverage and reliability.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce test automation across multiple projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand testing requirements and optimize test strategies.
• Develop and integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring test scripts are efficient and maintainable.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ successful Salesforce test automation projects.
• Strong development background with experience in Apex, Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Provar, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in API testing and integration testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, role hierarchies, and data structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile development teams.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Experience with performance and load testing of Salesforce applications.
