This role will suit an experienced Salesforce Architect who wants to take on ownership of the design, development, and implementation of a range of Salesforce solutions, coupled with the confidence and ability to lead both technical and development teams.

As an Alscient Salesforce Architect you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of highly scalable Salesforce solutions. self-motivated, with the experience and confidence of translating technical requirements into high quality, architecturally sound solutions, you are keen to make a difference and progress to the next stage in your career.

You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be confident leading on all types of Salesforce projects and solutions, providing technical expertise, team guidance and mentorship as well as effective budgetary control.

We want our Salesforce Architects to be ‘hands-on’ when necessary and be able to provide overall leadership when required, comfortable leading on customer engagements, acting as the main interface between the customer and team as well as the ability to deliver excellent communication within the team regarding management of tasks, risks, and issues.

You will have:

• At least 4 years’ experience of performing in a Technical Architect role.
• Technical platform experience, supported by appropriate Salesforce architecture certifications (System Architect, Application Architect, Technical Architect)
• The ability to ensure that all Salesforce solutions are architecturally sound, well designed, a good technical fit and of the required quality.
• The ability to lead technical design sessions, identify gaps and opportunities and propose innovative solutions to address business requirements.
• The experience to provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and consultants.
• The knowledge to draft and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, data models and integration specifications.
• The experience to advise and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce integrations and customizations.
• The ability to ensure best practice is delivered in code quality, security, and performance.
• Effective people and mentoring skills with the confidence to lead a team of skilled developers/consultants.
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• An evidenced track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce architectural projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellence in Apex, Visual force, LWC and Salesforce integration.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for complex problem solving.
• A resourceful and professional curiosity, with a drive to find appropriate solutions.
• Experience and knowledge of AWS as well as Jira and Confluence tools would be advantageous.
