Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background as a Salesforce Backend Developer to lead and manage the technical side of our internal projects. You will design secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across platforms, integrating Salesforce with key systems like our Subscription Management System and NetSuite.

As part of Aceve’s rapid growth journey, fueled by one of the world's largest Private Equity firms, this role is critical to scaling and modernizing our systems landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that support our ambitious expansion.

What you’ll do:

• Design and deliver Salesforce architecture and integrations across multiple platforms.
• Lead solution design: data modeling, API integrations, business logic.
• Guide development teams and ensure Salesforce best practices are followed.
• Support DevOps processes and agile development.
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Act as a key technical advisor for ongoing system improvements.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• 10+ years total experience, 6+ years within Salesforce architecture and management.
• At least 2 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning/LWC, APIs, Salesforce DevOps tools, and Agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, performance, and security.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, and Platform Developer II are preferred.
• Strong English skills are required.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with sales support, scoping, and estimations.
• Strong documentation and consulting skills.
• Leadership experience within Salesforce project delivery.
