Salesforce Platform Expertise: Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and leverage them to enhance existing solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Governance and Compliance: Enforce and promote Salesforce development best practices and governance standards. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is typically required.
Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant Salesforce technologies. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
