Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce environment to ensure it supports our business objectives and sales processes efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Manage Salesforce data integrity and hygiene through regular audits and reports
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
  • Create and manage complex workflow rules, process builders, and flows to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, and implement solutions
  • Provide internal Salesforce training and support to users across departments
  • Monitor system performance and resolve user issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, policies, and configurations
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; make recommendations for enhancements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, AppExchange tools, and integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules
  • Knowledge of tools like Tableau CRM, Salesforce CPQ, or Pardot
  • Experience with data import/export tools (e.g., Data Loader)
