Our Financial Services client is looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce platform as part of the Distribution Technology Team. In this critical role, you will manage daily administration, lead their transition to Financial Services Cloud, and collaborate with teams across the organization to implement impactful solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
Ideal candidates will bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting institutional or wealth distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Migration & Implementation
- Work with implementation partners to lead the transition from Sales Cloud to Financial Services Cloud.
- Help gather requirements, support testing, provide training, and ensure a smooth go-live process.
System Administration & Maintenance
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks and respond to user support requests.
- Manage user licenses, perform data cleansing, and maintain system integrity.
Platform Enhancements & Integrations
- Identify and implement system improvements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, flows, dashboards, and reports.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs or middleware.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business users to define needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
System Governance & Innovation
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, recommend new features, and maintain system health and security.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with best practices.
DevOps, Documentation & Training
- Manage DevOps processes, including change set deployment.
- Maintain user documentation, training resources, and sandbox environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; Platform App Builder is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Dashboards, Security, and Data Loader.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and SOQL.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce implementation partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the financial services industry, especially asset management.
- Experience with BI tools like CRM Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure Data Factory, DBT, Snowflake).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Outlook integrations (e.g., LinkPoint 360).
- Understanding of database replication tools like DBAmp or Informatica.
