We are working with a client seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, user management, data integrity, and workflow automation. This role is crucial in ensuring the system meets business needs and enhances overall efficiency.

About the Role:

Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for the Salesforce environment. Manage Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules. Maintain system configuration, including custom fields, objects, record types, page layouts, and automations. Handle data imports, exports, de-duplication, and overall data quality management. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights. Support end users with troubleshooting, training, and ongoing enhancements. Implement and manage third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange applications. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to optimize platform functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with data security policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data models, and automation tools like Flow and Process Builder.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and training skills to support end users.
• Strong experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello
• Previous experience in the Financial Services space
