We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team!

How You'll Make a Difference:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's Salesforce platform to ensure its effective utilization across departments. Your expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization will play a pivotal role in streamlining our healthcare processes, enhancing customer relationship management, and driving overall business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, care coordination, marketing, and IT, to identify requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to maximize the platform's potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, managing administration, configuration, and maintenance across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business needs by creating and configuring custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and small flows for process automation.
  • Implement and maintain automation tools, including flows, workflows, process builders, and approval processes, to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform regular data audits and cleansing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, evaluating their impact on existing configurations.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data discrepancies to maintain high system uptime and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Lead system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, bug fixes, and new feature rollouts.
  • Manage sandbox environments, using Copado for testing, validation, and deployment of changes to production.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and system performance monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including flows, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and custom objects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud administration.
  • Experience with Copado for deployment, version control, and release management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and user management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices, including cleansing, deduplication, and migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
