Baker Hill is seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin Developer to manage and enhance our Salesforce organization. This individual will be responsible for both administrative and development tasks within the Salesforce platform, working closely with various departments across the company to maintain existing functionality and implement new features based on employee requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Baker Hill Salesforce organization, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with departments across the company to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Design, develop, and implement new functionality within Salesforce, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as user management, security settings, and data management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to employees on Salesforce best practices and new features.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices to ensure the platform remains current and effective.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and automation within Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer and Administrator certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator).
• Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Bonus qualification: Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) certified
