About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Client Acquisition Manager to drive business development and lead efforts in acquiring new clients in the IT staffing industry. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing sales, business development, and client acquisition, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


You will be directly responsible for expanding our client base, nurturing leads, and ensuring the growth of our IT staffing division by identifying and targeting potential clients that require IT solutions, professional services, or staff augmentation.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in IT staffing or IT professional services with a proven track record of generating and closing minimum of $1.5M new business per annum in the last 2 consecutive years.
  • 10 years of overall experience in the IT staffing sector, with deep knowledge of IT solutions, staff augmentation, and IT professional services.
  • Strong exp on client engagement, building client relationships and managing client expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zoho) to manage sales pipeline and customer data.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives.
  • Outstanding communications and presentation skills with strong track record of having built C level /Vice President, IT / IT Director level relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily operations and client presentations.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
