Summary

  • Should have 1+ years of experience in business development, account management with the NHS, or sales within Radiology/Teleradiology or you’re an experienced radiology professional looking to transition into a commercial role.
  • You excel in relationship management, contract renewals, and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
  • You have strong commercial acumen, particularly in pricing and contracting.
  • You are a team player, highly organized, and passionate about client success.
  • You have excellent communication, knowledge of CRM and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the UK HEALTHCARE SECTOR.
  • Lead contract renewal processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Handle day-to-day client inquiries and resolutions.
  • Support tender responses and submissions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver customer success.
  • Regularly travel across the UK for client meetings.
