Should have 1+ years of experience in business development, account management with the NHS, or sales within Radiology/Teleradiology or you’re an experienced radiology professional looking to transition into a commercial role.
You excel in relationship management, contract renewals, and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
You have strong commercial acumen, particularly in pricing and contracting.
You are a team player, highly organized, and passionate about client success.
You have excellent communication, knowledge of CRM and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities within the UK HEALTHCARE SECTOR.
Lead contract renewal processes and enhance customer engagement.
Handle day-to-day client inquiries and resolutions.
Support tender responses and submissions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver customer success.
Regularly travel across the UK for client meetings.
