Position Overview: Entry-Level Inside Sales Professional

As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Professional at Fenix Parts, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the automotive parts industry while building a rewarding career in sales. You’ll generate revenue by selling high-demand, recycled OEM automotive parts to commercial and retail customers. With comprehensive training and continuous support, you'll develop basic and advanced sales skills, prospecting techniques, and strategies to build lasting customer relationships.

This is a great career path for those who have customer service, bill collection, retail sales, server, restaurant or any form of people focused work experience who want to transition into sales!

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Utilize an inbound/outbound sales approach to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Handle inbound calls, work through company-provided target lists, and actively prospect new clients.
• Customer Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, helping them get the parts they need to keep their businesses running smoothly.
• Order Management: Accurately process and review orders, ensuring correct handling, pricing, and shipping details.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts are delivered accurately and on time to keep customers satisfied.
