Role and Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative, you will have ownership over maximizing sales and ensuring market penetration within existing accounts, while also actively pursuing new customers and developing opportunities. This position is heavily focused on building and maintaining relationships with architecture and design firms.
Key Responsibilities Include
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end-users.
Conducting appointments and presentations to showcase our products and industry expertise.
Gaining recognition as an industry resource and product expert within your network.
Managing sales activities across Arizona and Nevada, ensuring full market penetration and growth.
Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will reside near the Phoenix Metro area and be passionate about selling high-quality, top-value products.
Requirements Include
A self-starter who is organized and values building strong interpersonal relationships.
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent presentation, communication, and computer skills.
Prior experience in outside sales, particularly in construction or building products, is preferred.
Previous experience working with architects and designers is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.
