We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Technical Engineer to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for newly graduated engineers (licensed or unlicensed) who are eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and hands-on environment.
As a Sales Technical Engineer, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technical team. You’ll play a key role in promoting and selling our products/services, understanding client needs, and providing technical solutions — all while gaining valuable field experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
Coordinate with internal teams (technical team, logistics, operations) to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors
Learn and understand company products, services, and workflows through hands-on experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field (fresh graduates are welcome!)
Willingness to work on-site and travel to client/project locations as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical sales role
Basic knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, or engineering systems is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD or technical software is a plus
