🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and individual performance using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Oversee outbound lead generation through Apollo and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize sales conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients



🔹 Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in closing deals and team performance management
  • Strong experience with Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Based in Egypt; English fluency required
