🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and individual performance using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce)
Oversee outbound lead generation through Apollo and LinkedIn
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize sales conversion
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
🔹 Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in closing deals and team performance management
Strong experience with Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Based in Egypt; English fluency required
