Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of Personal Financial Consultant and Premier Relationship Managers.
  • Formulate business strategies to meet the Team Key Performance Indicators.
  • Identify sales opportunities to acquire new Premier customers, grow deposits, investment revenues, insurance revenues and related financial KPI.
  • Lead the Team to provide quality customer service and customer enquiries handling.
  • Ensure adherence to credit, operational, account opening, and sales activities are in compliance with regulatory and control requirements of the Bank at all times.
  • Have strong sales discipline and provide support to the BM in business growth.


Requirements

  • Min 10 years of banking experience, of which 2 years in supervisory role, in selling various retail banking products particularly in investment and insurance products.
  • Preferably university degree graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
  • Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing requirements
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Good PC skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales drive
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with strategic mind set
