Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented to coordinate/follow up requests
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in fast pace environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders
  • A team player with the ability to self-manage and flexibility for various tasks
  • Preferred operation experience on distribution business


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist account manager/sales team to meet the performance target to provide an efficient and comprehensive service
  • Support account manager/sales team in handling of inquiries, orders, issues, shipment, tracking, reports, and general follow up
  • Works cross functionally with manufacturing and management teams and resolving issues timely as required
  • Proactively interface with customers and serve as a point of main contact as request
  • Coordinate sales related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data with efficiency
  • Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as request
  • Support sales administrative related functions
  • Exercise creative thinking and apply experiences to improve processes as needed


Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP
  • Experience in B2B & distribution business model, tech industries preferred

Previous experience supporting sales management preferred and Bachelor degree preferred
