We require an enthusiastic candidate to lead the sales, customer support and promotion of our IIOT Software and Hardware.
As a Technical IIOT Support Specialist you will assist in the Customer Care process and will be the liason between the customer and supplier, building strong relationships within the industry as well as providing technical support.
Success for this role will be measured in terms of new customer acquisition, customer retention, engagement and satisfaction. This is not a Quota Carry Position.
Salary is open to negotiation based on experience and industry knowledge. As direct sellers, the role is generally office based (minimal travel required).
