We’re looking for a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to join our Hamburg-based team. You’ll support the sales process, coordinate customer events, and bring marketing initiatives to life — playing a key role in how we connect with our customers and grow our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Identify key events and plan strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other activities
- Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, shipping, equipment, catering, and registration
- Work with creative teams on promotional materials and branded content
- Track budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery
- Collect event feedback and apply insights to continuously improve
- Monitor market trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance visibility and engagement
Sales Support & Customer Coordination
- Analyze sales data and contribute to business reviews
- Support CRM improvements and contract handling
- Organize internal sales meetings and support customer communications
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain up-to-date customer and vessel master data
What You Bring
- Background in commercial or marketing fields (e.g. Industriekaufmann/frau, Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or similar)
- 2+ years in sales support, marketing coordination, and/or event planning
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Hands-on, well-organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred – Salesforce a plus)
- Fluent in German and English; Polish language skills are a plus
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team
