Summary

Job Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for Commercial Management and Order Processing, in our Medium & Low Speed Products Division in Japan, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for supporting sales with commercial matters and ensure adherence to internal control processes.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, delivery, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Technical Service, Supply Chain Management, and other internal teams.
  • Lead a team of two order processors, continuously improving process efficiency.
  • Support sales with contracts and price quotations to customers (pre-calculation, risk review, etc.).
  • Ensure timely issue of invoices for revenue generation.
  • Be the main contact for our suppliers IRM and Accelleron Switzerland regarding forecast and order processing.


Your background:

  • 5+ years of experience in order processing and/or commercial sales support
  • Line management experience preferred
  • Strong service mindset, keen on ensuring full customer satisfaction
  • Drive for continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP solutions is a plus
  • Knowledge of lean six sigma or similar preferred
  • Affinity for interacting with people from other departments, companies and countries
  • A university or equivalent degree in Business or related fields
  • Fluent in Japanese (Speaker preferred) and English
