Duration: 4 Months
Location: Remote’
Compensation: Rs 1000 per month + incentives.
Work Hours: 4-5 hours/day, 5 days/week

Profile Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, lead research and generation, customer relationship management (CRM), and digital marketing analysis. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying potential leads, tracking sales progress, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Generation: The intern will conduct extensive market research to identify potential business leads and opportunities. This includes gathering relevant contact information, analysing industry trends, and categorizing leads based on predefined criteria. They will be responsible for maintaining a structured and up-to-date lead database to support the sales team in targeted outreach.
Lead Tracking & Follow-Up: A critical part of this role involves monitoring leads through the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients. The intern will assist in tracking communication history, documenting lead interactions, and scheduling follow-up engagements to maximize conversion opportunities.
CRM Management & Sales Data Handling: The intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records within the CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate, well-structured, and easily accessible for the sales team. This includes categorizing leads, tracking engagement levels, and optimizing CRM workflows for better efficiency.
Presentation Development (PPT Creation): The intern will assist in creating and refining sales presentations to support client pitches and business proposals. This includes designing visually appealing PowerPoint (PPT) decks, customizing content to suit different client needs, and ensuring that presentations align with company branding and messaging.
Digital Marketing & Sales Analysis: As part of the role, the intern will analyze digital marketing trends and their impact on lead generation and sales performance. They will work with the sales and marketing teams to track campaign effectiveness, assess lead engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives.
Sales Coordination & Administrative Support: The intern will play a supporting role in managing sales-related documentation, organizing reports, and assisting in sales team coordination. They will also help in responding to client inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:
Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze lead data for actionable insights.
Communication & Follow-Up: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with leads and assist in follow-ups.
CRM & Data Management: Ability to manage and update customer records in CRM tools (prior experience preferred but not required).
PowerPoint & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating visually appealing and structured PowerPoint presentations for client pitches.
Digital Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and their impact on lead generation.
Organizational & Time Management: Strong multitasking ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
