Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various pre-sales and outreach activities including LinkedIn management, candidate coordination, content collaboration, and lead generation to support the overall sales cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Candidate Engagement:

  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and relevant platforms.
  • Source potential candidates for various roles using LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain follow-ups with candidates regarding interview status and on boarding.

🔹 LinkedIn and Social Media Engagement:

  • Build and expand the company’s LinkedIn network by connecting with potential leads, candidates, and partners.
  • Post regular updates, especially related to Temenos T24 and company services, to drive engagement.
  • Follow up with connections, candidates, and prospects on LinkedIn.

🔹 Creative Collaboration:

  • Work with design and marketing teams to create consultant profiles, sales brochures, capability flyers, and more.
  • Maintain organized archives of marketing materials and sales assets.

🔹 Lead Generation & Database Building:

  • Research and identify prospective clients and candidates using tools like Lusha, Zoom Info, company websites, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead databases with accurate contact and engagement details.

🔹 Email Campaigns & Follow-Ups:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and candidate outreach.
  • Send timely email follow-ups and maintain communications with leads.
  • Track email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, recruitment coordination, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and lead gen platforms (Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of creative collaboration tools (Canva, MS PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus.
