This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions for marine electric propulsion systems (e.g., hybrid propulsion, battery-powered systems, energy storage integration).
• Collaborate with the sales team to review RFQs/RFPs, identify technical risks, and formulate competitive bidding strategies.
• Facilitate smooth handover to project execution teams.
  
  

Qualifications for the role

• Technical Skills
• 1.Strong knowledge of marine electric propulsion components (e.g., VFDs, PMS, energy storage systems) and integration challenges.
• 2.Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink) and CAD, Visio for technical documentation.
• 3.Familiarity with classification society rules (CCS, DNV, ABS, LR, BV) .
• Soft Skills
• 1.Strong sense of responsibility and team working collaboration
• 2.Customer-centric mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• 3.Willingness to travel domestically.
• Language Requirements
