该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Technical Sales Support: Assist Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) throughout the technical sales cycle, including presale and aftersales stages. Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and technical needs to identify the most suitable products from the company's offerings. Product Matching: Characterize and recommend products that align with customer specifications and company capabilities. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee presales and post-sales activities to ensure successful sales cycles, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships. Market Intelligence: Provide insights on customer needs, new product ideas, and competitor offerings, including pricing. Customer Support: Address customer complaints and provide solutions in collaboration with the engineering team. Training and Presentations: Conduct professional lectures and video meetings with customers and engineering companies. Field Support: Stay updated on company offerings and new products to provide effective field support. Quotation Stage Responsibilities Product Characterization: Identify the right products based on customer requirements and company capabilities. Pricing: Determine product pricing using defined tools and price lists. Quotation Management: Generate and manage quotation details in the ERP system and follow up until it becomes an order. Order Stage Responsibilities Order Processing: Generate order details in the ERP system and other required systems. Communication: Relay technical, operational, and quality requirements to the HQ contact person. Delivery and Payment Follow-Up: Monitor delivery times and payment schedules. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer requests and communicate them to HQ. Reporting: Regularly report activities and progress to the direct manager. HQ Coordination: Promptly update HQ on issues requiring support. Skills and Qualifications Education: Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering. Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, writing). Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Support Engineer or similar role;
experience with global/international corporations is an advantage. Technical Background: Engineering or technical background in the process industry;
knowledge of ball valves and actuators is an advantage. Sales Skills: Competent in handling technical inquiries and sales processes. Basic knowledge to use Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
