About the Role:
Trendline are seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.
You will play an important role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and client documentation.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications to support the sales process.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and client delivery.
Assist with client queries and preparation for meetings and events.
Contribute to reporting, market research, and the preparation of sales materials.
Support the team with style recommendations and design input where appropriate.
Skills and Experiences:
About You:
Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, and/or administrative role.
Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
