Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Sales Support Coordinator. The Sales Support Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks, including providing administrative assistance, managing customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team with analytical reports. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams, organizing and maintaining sales documentation, and assisting with the coordination of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for generating and analyzing sales reports
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing and maintaining sales documentation
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
