What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating tasks and activities with the direction of the Director of Sales Administration.
- Completing various administrative responsibilities such as answering phone calls, scheduling, keeping documents up to date, and pulling sales reports.
- Processing sales orders, returns, and other interdepartmental duties for the Corporate Sales Representatives.
- Facilitating and maintaining communication with other departments.

What you'll bring to the Team:
- Administrative Experience - minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong and timely follow through; accuracy and speed are of utmost importance.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, optimistic, and energetic mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- College Degree or equivalent in job-related experience.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 8:00pm est
