About Your Team

Fidelity Investments is a member of Fidelity International, an independent asset management group that offers a range of investment products and solutions to pension funds, institutional investors, and individual investors. The Sales Support Team is responsible for providing sales support to both the Institutional and Wholesale Sales Departments.

About Your Role

The job of the Sales support means working with Relationship Managers in managing client’s inquiry and developing our business with both new and existing clients. The role also includes meeting, day-to-day servicing and reporting needs of these clients. The role will have primary responsibilities as follows:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedules of the Division head and department heads.
  • Make travel arrangements for business trips for Division head, department heads, and the sales reps.
  • Provide administrative services for Tokyo office.
  • Handle expense vouchers of the department and T&E for the Division head, department heads and the sales reps.
  • Create data processing and internal materials.
  • Handle client contacts with sales reps.
  • Support client events and marketing activities such as seminars, meetings, and workshops.
  • Arrange internal/external meetings (including overseas offices).
  • Handle other general administrative tasks.

About You

  • The ability to show always demonstrate high professionalism.

Skills:

  • Experience in asset management industry is a plus.
  • Solid business communication skills in English and Japanese. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization and client organizations.
  • Proven ability to support team member to meet client expectations.
  • PC literacy - Excel (Vlookup/Pivot etc), Word, PowerPoint
  • Relevant knowledge of the rules and regulations governing asset management
