Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for Sales Support Analyst located in our West Region.
Job Summary
The Sales Support Analyst plays a key role in driving growth within the Building Envelope Systems (BES) division by partnering with regional field sales representatives to identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads. This remote role involves 85–90% inside sales responsibilities (lead generation, CRM management, analytics) and 10–15% field support alongside sales reps. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position supports the team’s overall sales performance and offers long-term advancement potential.
Duties And Responsibilities
Proactively mine databases and research to identify and qualify high-quality sales leads
Conduct outbound calls to new and existing contacts to pre-qualify leads and schedule meetings
Manage and update leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Collaborate with BES field sales reps (architectural and technical) to support lead development
Participate in sales meetings to monitor pipeline health and opportunity progression
Support the preparation of sales performance dashboards and pipeline reports
Provide ad hoc analytics support and assist in tracking key sales KPIs such as win/loss ratios
Join field visits with sales reps to strengthen client relationships and better understand the market
Serve as the go-to contact for new lead sourcing and qualification
Attend sales training and team meetings as required

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred) and familiarity with sales pipeline stages
Strong skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
Confident verbal communicator with the ability to make outbound calls and establish rapport
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to read and understand project specifications and architectural drawings
Organizational and administrative competence
Flexibility to adapt to evolving systems, tools, and team structures
Business acumen and understanding of financial and sales performance metrics
A proactive work ethic and passion for supporting sales success
Education And Experience
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or sales development
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and standard business software
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with Dodge, Construct Connect, and commercial construction processes
Prior experience in B2B sales or construction/architectural environments
Working Conditions
Primarily inside sales activities (85–90%), with occasional field travel (10–15%)
Standard office environment with intermittent travel to job sites or customer locations
Regular work hours with potential flexibility to support field sales events or meetings
Standard work hours are Monday–Friday, during regular business hours.
