Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our high-performing digital recruiting/sales team. This role plays a critical part in supporting Account Executives and Recruitment Operations by ensuring seamless administrative execution, VMS compliance, and interdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support for Sales Teams:
  • Assist Account Executives with scheduling, calendar management, documentation, CRM updates, and candidate tracking.
  • VMS & ATS Coordination:
  • Navigate and manage job requisitions through various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Meeting Documentation:
  • Attend internal and client-facing meetings, capture detailed notes, and deliver action items to recruiting teams for execution.
  • Operational Collaboration:
  • Partner with Payroll and Operations teams to ensure accurate processing of onboarding, timekeeping, and candidate payroll details.
  • Client Communication:
  • Support client outreach initiatives including interview coordination, follow-ups, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role (recruitment industry experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with VMS platforms (e.g., Simplify, Fieldglass)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite, and CRMs
