Summary

We are currently supporting one of our international clients, the company which provides products & services for the supply chain, public service, infrastructure, and entertainment sectors, hire a Sales Support Administrator in New Taipei City, Taiwan.



This role is responsible for providing daily operational support to the sales team. This includes confirming customer orders, managing inventory allocation, implementing delivery instructions, tracking shipments, and resolving order processing issues and related documentation tasks to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities


  • Manage inventory allocation and execute delivery instructions to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
  • Update and maintain SAP pricing files to ensure accurate product pricing.
  • Input extended warranty details and ensure documentation is correct.
  • Assist the sales team in organizing reports, order tracking, and customer inquiries. Resolve order processing and delivery-related issues,
  • Maintain records related to orders, approvals, and warranties.
