Summary

Position: Sales Support Administrator


Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for supporting all Sales activity across the East Region.
  2. Responsible for managing client communication and coordination regarding new open positions, candidate interview scheduling, consultant details, etc,
  3. Administrative operations for vendor managed programs - supporting Account Management responsibilities.
  4. Fielding outgoing and incoming calls from job seekers
  5. Fielding outgoing and incoming calls from clients
  6. Providing customer support to Sales staff.
  7. Set appointments and meetings for Sales staff.
  8. Respond to Recruiting and Account management needs quickly and efficiently
  9. Update database entries/maintain job records
  10. Other duties, as assigned


Here is what you need to succeed:

  1. Must have professional presentation skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
  3. Ability to work with others within a team
  4. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  5. Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience
  6. Strong ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
  7. Very quick and efficient - strong ability to manage details accurately
  8. Bachelor's Degree – Required
