Job Title: Sales Support
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000
Hours: Full time position 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am 4pm Friday

Key Duties
- Support a small sales team with administration tasks
- Respond to calls and emails as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Utilise CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth process for all involved
- Conduct calls to previous clients to re-introduce services
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in a sales support, administration or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Numerate and computer literate
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective time management
