We are launching an innovative brand of electric motorcycles and bicycles in the market. We are looking for a commercial strategist passionate about sustainable mobility, who will lead the creation of the sales department and set the path for our business growth.
Responsibilities
✅ Strategic Development: Design and implement the commercial and sales strategy from scratch.
✅ Process Creation:Establish effective methodologies for customer acquisition and sales execution.
✅ Prospecting & Sales:Drive initial sales and build key relationships with clients and distributors.
✅ Team Management: Eventually lead and scale the sales team as the business grows.
✅ Market Analysis: Identify opportunities, trends, and sector needs in electric mobility.
Requirements
🔹 2-4 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in mobility, technology, or consumer industries.
🔹 Ability to build sales strategies from scratch and adapt to a startup environment.
🔹 Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools (preferred).
