Main Responsibilities

  • Grow business per actively exploit and directly hunting semiconductor chemical manufacturers in China (based on Miller Heiman Strategic Selling).
  • Co-work with line manger to deploy material business plan in the known customer mapping with clear growth initiatives:
    • Allocate internal and external resource to build solid influence in end customer.
    • Seeking resourceful partners to penetrate all China tier I chemical mfr.
    • Educate customers on new products/application and product enhancements.
    • Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers.
  • Co-work with application manager and service manager to provide customized offer to customer to improve chemical OPC market share and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Submit efficient & accurate business report and sales forecast on time; monitor information in salesforce system.
Qualifications

Must to have

  • Bachelor or Master majoring in either engineering or science.
  • At least 5 years direct selling experience.
  • Excellent resource allocation skills, professional social skills.
  • Results driven, energetic, resourceful and capable of working independently in a competitive environment.
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
  • Good English communications in both oral and written.

Nice to have

  • Microelectronics or Semiconductor Technology major is more preferred.
  • New Segment/Account Development experience is highly appreciated.
  • Technical working experience in SEMI, EL Chemical industry.
  • Miller Heiman Sales Knowledge (Strategic Selling/Conceptual Selling)
