Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries, helping customers find the right products and services.
  • Drive sales closures by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Keep CRM tools up-to-date with inquiry details, status updates, and notes on interactions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to address customer queries and technical discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are thoroughly analyzed to match the right services and products.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in inbound sales and relationship-building.
  • Graduate in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and updating inquiries.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and pre-sales teams to address complex customer queries.
