Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at H-SMART Home Automation based in Chennai.

• Identify and onboard dealers and channel partners for H-SMART across key cities.
• Meet and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote integration of H-SMART solutions in residential and commercial projects.
• Engage with potential homeowners and end customers, understand their needs, and present tailored automation solutions.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and partner events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to drive awareness and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in interior products, consumer electronics, or tech-enabled solutions).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for design, smart homes, and new technology.
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow with a fast-scaling brand.
• Willingness to travel within South India.
