Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Service Representative at Home Interio based in Noida. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues. Some work from home is acceptable to accommodate flexibility.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills
• Ability to handle sales inquiries and process orders
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Knowledge of Home Interio products and services
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
