Summary

Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in NYC’s facility services industry? Do you thrive on overcoming objections, building relationships, and driving revenue? If so, We are currently looking for a dynamic Service Sales Representative to join our growing team!


📍 Location: New York City -Hybrid

💰 Year 1 Quota: $250K

💼 Compensation: ✔ Base Salary: $70K + 15% commission


🔹 About the Role: This position requires strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and proactive outreach. You’ll be selling facility services in NYC, where every prospect is already under contract—meaning you must be exceptional at handling objections, uncovering pain points, and persuading prospects to switch to us.


🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5-10 years of experience in facility services sales

✅ Proven ability to sell intangible products with a consultative approach

✅ Experience converting prospects from existing vendors

✅ Strong networking and lead generation skills

✅ A relentless drive to succeed—this role requires a go-getter mentality


🔹 Your Daily Strategy for Success:

🌟 Completing 50-100 cold call per day

🌟 Attend in-person networking groups to build key connections

🌟 Leverage lead generation tools & craft personalized sales strategies

🌟 Close multi-year agreements & maximize residual earnings
