This is a full-time hybrid Sales Service Representative role located in Columbus, GA, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling insurance products, and providing exceptional service to clients. They will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
