We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Service Executive to join our team and drive the sales, service & promotion of our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, and a solid understanding of electrical and automation solutions.

Key Responsibility:

Sales Responsibility 

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential customers negotiate & close the deals with the guidance of the regional team members.
2. Product Demonstration: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
3. Promotion: Provide updates on new product features or upgrades.

Service Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Perform regular follow-ups to ensure the product/service is functioning optimally.
2. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams for product/service improvement.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
4. Update customer interactions and activities daily in the CRM system.
5. Submit required data reports to the central team on time ( as and when required )
6. Attend monthly regional reviews to track sales and service performance

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ITI

• Experience: 0-2 years of sales and service experience in the renewable energy or electrical or automation industry

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, Knowledge of the solar/electrical/automation industry

• Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and results-driven, Problem-solving skills, Team player with a collaborative mindset.
