No roofing experience required — We will train you to master both retail and insurance sales.

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude

• Fluent English (required)

• Legal U.S. residency

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Comfortable with heights and able to walk on residential asphalt shingle roofs

• Willingness to knock on doors and generate business opportunities

Important note:

If you’re not comfortable walking on roofs, you can still apply as an Appointment Setter — a position where you’ll only knock on doors and schedule appointments for our sales team. We’ll also train you for this role!
