Capital PBX is a virtual PBX that has successfully established itself in Moldova. We are expanding into the Romanian market and looking for a marketing specialist to develop a strategy and help attract 100+ clients in 2025.

We’re launching a cloud-based PBX product in Romania and are hiring our first Sales Rep to build the sales process from scratch — and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the full outbound sales cycle: prospecting, calls, meetings, demos, closing deals
  • Develop and manage a partner network
  • Represent Capital PBX at industry events and conferences
  • Maintain pipeline and reporting in our CRM (Bitrix + internal tool)
  • Ensure compliance with ANCOM and GDPR requirements


What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

  • Romanian (С2) + conversational English (B2)
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, IT, or SaaS
  • Basic understanding of hosted PBX: SIP, IVR, WebRTC
  • Able to calculate MRR/ARR and present ROI to clients
  • Driver’s license (Cat. B) and mobility in Bucharest are mandatory
  • Comfortable with 70%+ field sales

Nice-to-Have:

  • Certifications (Sandler, HubSpot, Cisco Collaboration)
  • Existing client network in e-commerce, logistics, outsourcing
  • Experience with Asterisk, 3CX, etc.


What We Offer:

  • Base pay: $1000-1500 net/month
  • Bonuses: commission on sales
  • Equipment provided: laptop, mobile phone
  • Expenses covered: transportation, events, and conference participation
  • Work format: mostly field-based (client meetings, demos, industry events)
  • Remote work: partially allowed for specific tasks (e.g. calls, paperwork on inbound leads)
