The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and expand relationships with customers, while promoting and selling the companys products and services in the Odessa - Permian Basin and Panhandle of TX areas. This role involves identifying opportunities for expansion, maintaining effective communication with customers, and overseeing all customer interactions. Additionally, the Sales Representative provides insights on market trends to support product improvements and R&D initiatives, as well as contributing to pricing strategies, technical proposals, and budget planning.
Role and Responsibilities
Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
Advise on and oversee all critical customer correspondence.
Identify market trends and potential new customers for future tenders.
Participate in and lead customer pricing and technical tender structures.
Analyze and provide feedback on lost tenders to improve future bids.
Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer product and service needs are met.
Present new products and services to customers.
Monitor critical projects to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Manage MSA/AVL processes to ensure eligibility for tendering opportunities.

Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
5+ years of Oil & Gas experience. MPD Equipment & Services experience preferred.
Experience in the Permian Basin & Relevant Industry sales contacts.
Client facing experience.
